Every kind of diagram, drawn the way you drew it
Flowcharts, floor plans, org charts, mind maps and architecture diagrams now keep their layout, labels and shapes when converted.

Sketch2scheme 2.0: editable diagrams and a new app
Results now open in a full diagram editor, keep the layout of your sketch, work for wiring diagrams, and the whole app is made for phones.
Until now, Sketch2scheme described your sketch as Mermaid code and let Mermaid arrange the diagram. Mermaid is great at drawing tidy flowcharts from text, but it decides the layout itself. A floor plan came back as a column of boxes, a team chart lost its shape, and a dense sketch could end in a syntax error instead of a diagram. The new engine reads where each element sits on the page and redraws it in the same place.
Flowcharts

Start and end become ovals, questions become diamonds, the yes/no labels stay on their arrows and the loop back stays a loop.
Floor plans and layouts

Rooms keep their proportions and positions, with their names and sizes inside. Kitchen layouts, event seating and site plans work the same way.
Org charts

Mind maps

Architecture and system diagrams

Actors, a database cylinder, a dashed autoscaling group around the app servers and labelled arrows, all where they were drawn.
Even Darwin's notebook

Charles Darwin, Notebook B (1837), public domain
Darwin's famous "I think" tree from 1837 comes back as a branching tree with its labels. Not something you will need every day, but a nice test of a very loose sketch.
What about my older diagrams?
They are all in your history. Open one and press Convert again to get the new editable version (it uses one credit). If a sketch is not a diagram at all, for example a photo or a page of notes, you are told so and no credit is used.
